Overview

The Principal I.S. Business Systems Analyst, PMaaS will coordinate and facilitate scrum team ceremonies and provide mentoring on scrum methodology processes for a leading global biopharmaceutical company.

• Coordinates scrum team ceremonies and daily stand-ups.
• Mentors team on scrum methodology.
• Facilitates discussions on story points and backlog refinement.
• Reports on team progress during sprints.
• Manages and resolves team impediments.
• Represents the team in scrum of scrum meetings.
• Supports product owner in setting expectations.
• Schedules product release planning activities.
• Maintains sprint documentation.
• Drives continuous improvement and team health.

Requirements

• Experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of sourcing and contract processes.
• Skills in servant leadership and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of backlog tracking and user stories.
• Ability to work in a team and mentor others.
• Experience in a complex, matrix organization.
• Familiarity with AWS, Salesforce, SAP, and other platforms.
• Experience with ERP software implementation is a plus.
