In Short

• Responsible for building and leading a team of Design Consultants (DCs).
• Drive profitable revenue growth and delight clients.
• Manage district sales targets through various metrics.
• Instill accountability and develop sales skills in the team.
• Motivate DCs to capture sales opportunities.
• Recruit and retain a winning team of DCs.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Work collaboratively with marketing to develop lead generation strategies.
• Provide training and coaching to improve performance metrics.
• Participate in evening and weekend events as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a flexible work environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Passion for mentoring and coaching sales employees.
• Out of the box prospecting abilities preferred.
• Established professional network in the local community preferred.

• Annual base salary range: $100,000 - $125,000.
• Bonus incentive plan up to 25% of the base salary.
