Overview

The Placement Specialist I will form relationships with both students and externship sites where students can acquire hands-on learning and experience in their chosen field. This role is vital in the student enrollment lifecycle, focusing on providing top-notch customer service to students and university partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of work experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Customer service experience.
• Comfort in professional communication across various mediums.
• Good judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
