Retirement Plan Specialist - Remote

Overview

This is a fully remote position for a Retirement Plan Specialist at Guidant Financial, where you will help clients with the administration of their 401(k) plans.

In Short

• Work with clients to obtain necessary information for annual reporting.
• Review documents submitted by clients for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
• Utilize software to complete 401(k) testing and reporting.
• Make outgoing reminder calls and send emails to clients.
• Prepare required 401(k) plan government filings.
• Educate clients on the administration of their 401(k) plans.
• Share knowledge and explain complex topics simply.
• Train on concepts for a Retirement Plan Administrator I.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and administration software.
