• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Requirements

• 2 years of recruitment experience in technology.
• Knowledge of various technology profiles (developers, UX/UI, data, etc.).
• Experience recruiting in Mexico and LATAM, preferably in Chile.
• Ability to filter and evaluate candidates based on technical requirements.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with job platforms like Get on Board.
• Desirable experience with ATS.
• Intermediate English is a plus.
