Overview

As a Cloud Engineer II at 27Global, you will play a key role in helping clients modernize their IT infrastructure and pursue next-generation cloud innovation while working with a skilled team.

In Short

Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to maintain cloud infrastructure.
Deploy and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and troubleshoot deployment issues.
Participate in client calls providing technical insights.
Document cloud architectures and operational procedures.
Provide SRE support during on-call rotations.
5+ years of cloud infrastructure experience required.
Hands-on experience with Terraform and CI/CD tools.
Experience with Linux/Windows servers and core networking.
Effective communication skills are essential.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with AWS or Azure.
Experience with Terraform and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Knowledge of scripting in Python, PowerShell, or BASH.
Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
Strong communication skills with internal and client-facing teams.
