Overview

As the Cloud Engineer II, you are an experienced systems administrator who is eager to grow your technological skills on a global stage. In this role, you will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy.

In Short

  • Designs, deploys, and manages public and private cloud infrastructure.
  • Monitors and optimizes cloud performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Implements and manages security measures for cloud environments.
  • Builds and manages deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools.
  • Automates cloud operations and workflows using scripting and IaC tools.
  • Collaborates with development and operations teams for seamless integration.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves cloud-related issues.
  • Stays updated with the latest cloud technologies.
  • Documents cloud and system configurations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in cloud engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with containerizing applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (Python, PowerShell, Terraform).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
