Overview

The Enterprise Client Success Rep ensures that the business value received from our customer’s investment is continually nurtured and grown by serving as a primary point of contact for the day-to-day needs of the customer.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise clients.
  • Triage client escalations and issues with urgency.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert of our Platforms, Products, and Services.
  • Manage client engagements to provide an exceptional experience.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Proactively identify unmet client needs.
  • Monitor product solution usage in customer environments.
  • Drive customer outcomes and adoption.
  • Gather feedback for process and product improvements.
  • Promote training for successful customer onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 4+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Direct experience in Financial Services, Fintech, or Marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong client interfacing and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong to Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
