We are seeking a CRM & Operations Systems Specialist to partner closely with the owner of a boutique travel company focused on small, customized group trips. This is more than a typical CRM setup role—this position requires someone who can translate complex, real-world travel operations into an intuitive, organized, and scalable system for a one-person business. The initial priority is to migrate and set up the CRM, but the ideal candidate will also provide operational workflow guidance, optimize processes, and support ongoing business projects. This is a flexible, project-based role with heavier hours during system transition and lighter, ongoing support thereafter. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
