Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot CRM Specialist / Technical Virtual Assistant to support an integrative health medical practice in optimizing and managing its HubSpot platform. This role will focus on improving CRM functionality, building dashboards and reports, implementing automations, and ensuring that the organization is fully utilizing HubSpot’s capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with HubSpot CRM, particularly within enterprise-level environments, and will be comfortable handling both initial system setup and ongoing CRM management.

• Manage and maintain the organization’s HubSpot CRM system
• Optimize CRM structure to improve data organization and workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 2–3+ years experience working with HubSpot CRM
• Experience managing HubSpot Enterprise or advanced HubSpot environments
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot workflows and pipeline management
• Experience setting up automations and CRM integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and provide proactive recommendations
