Local SEO Associate - Remote

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

The Local SEO Associate will help grow our clients’ online visibility and drive qualified organic traffic for local businesses. The role focuses on improving Google rankings, optimizing online listings, maintaining accurate citations, and boosting customer actions across platforms such as Google Business Profile, Bing Places, and Apple Maps. Success is measured through higher conversions, stronger domain authority, improved search visibility, and increased Google Analytics sessions.

In Short

• Manage local SEO for clients to improve online visibility.
• Utilize various SEO tools for optimization tasks.
• Communicate with clients to gather content and ideas.
• Create and schedule posts for Google Business Profile.
• Execute technical and on-page SEO audits.
• Respond to customer reviews professionally and promptly.
• Complete onboarding and account setup procedures on time.
• Work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM-5 PM EST.
• Operate under an independent contractor agreement.
• Adhere to timelines and deliverables as agreed upon.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Background in marketing, preferably SEO.
• Experience with Local SEO tools like BrightLocal and Moz Local.
• Detail-oriented and organized in managing tasks.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Must be available to work 9 AM–5 PM EST.
• Experience with Google Business Profile and related platforms.
• Strong grammar and professionalism in communication.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
