1Vision is seeking a motivated and results-driven Promotional Products Sales Representative to sell custom-branded merchandise to businesses for marketing campaigns, trade shows, corporate gifts, and employee programs.

In Short

• Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts.
• Recommend promotional product solutions that align with client goals.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, product presentations, and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Coordinate with suppliers to source and fulfill client orders.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and client needs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in promotional products or B2B sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with ASI, SAGE, or other promotional product platforms a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
