The Senior Director, Clinical Site Operations (DCSO) is responsible for leading operational and strategic initiatives across various regions to achieve complex business objectives, ensuring compliance with clinical research standards and regulations.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 12+ years of experience or equivalent advanced degree with relevant experience.
• People management experience with diverse teams.
• Ability to lead and influence in a matrix environment.
• Understanding of HR procedures at global and local levels.
• Effective resource management and task performance.
• Coaching and training capabilities for direct reports.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage escalated issues from sites/investigators.
• Experience in developing core competencies in teams.
• Broad leadership experiences and capabilities.
