The Investigator Contracts Lead is responsible for managing contract and budget negotiations with clinical investigator sites, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving throughout the clinical trial process.

• Manage contract and budget negotiations with clinical sites.
• Oversee the Per-Subject Cost (PSC) process for assigned studies.
• Act as a primary contact for complex contracting issues.
• Exercise independent judgment in site contracting decisions.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes.
• Lead relationships with investigational sites and Site Management Organizations.
• Ensure compliance with global clinical study agreements.
• Contribute to business initiatives and special projects.

• Manage escalations in budgeting and contracting.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Clinical Development Operations.
• Significant experience in clinical study budgets and contracting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to plan and mitigate risks effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership in a matrix-based organization.
• Preferred: 5+ years in clinical development with a master’s degree.
• Preferred: 2+ years with a Juris Doctorate.
• Expertise in Clinical Trial Agreements negotiation.
