Requirements

• 8+ years in software development, with 6+ years in ML/AI.
• Track record of shipping high impact ML/AI products.
• Strong foundation in security fundamentals.
• Excellent leadership and mentorship skills.
• Proficiency in Golang and/or Rust is a plus.
• Experience with MCP servers or Computer Use tools is a bonus.
• Understanding of identity and access management protocols.
• Familiarity with HTTP proxies and gateways.
