As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technology & Product, you will be an advocate for our people and culture, partnering closely with hiring managers across North America and EMEA to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes.

• 5+ years in a full-cycle recruiting role or related experience
• Preferred in-house recruitment experience in a fast-growth technology company
• Experience recruiting for technology, AI, and product roles
• Proven negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with ATS software and recruitment systems
• Familiarity with sourcing tools including ATS and LinkedIn

Requirements

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process
• Partner with hiring managers on intake and role requirements
• Collaborate with TA teammates to source candidates
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments
• Foster a positive candidate experience
• Provide hiring managers with data-driven insights
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders
• Leverage dashboards and metrics to monitor performance
