• Strong communication skills for documentation and guidelines.
• Experience mentoring designers and leading critiques.
• Knowledge of WCAG and inclusive design best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, CSS, HTML).
• Bonus: Experience with design tokens and automation tools.
