Overview

The Sr. Director of Engineering for AI and Developer will lead the organization responsible for the vision, strategy, and delivery of 1Password’s AI and developer product portfolio.

• Strong appreciation for security, privacy, and reliability.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives from strategy through delivery.
• Demonstrated success partnering with various teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in building diverse, high-performing engineering organizations.
