Overview

The Director, Channel Marketing at 1Password will lead the global channel strategy, focusing on building a high-impact channel marketing function to drive adoption of 1Password through partnerships.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in channel or partner marketing.
• Proven success in building and scaling partner marketing programs.
• Deep understanding of MSPs, distributors, and reseller ecosystems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with GTM teams.
• Hands-on experience with MDF/co-marketing programs.
• Experience managing partner portals.
• Strong communication skills with executive presence.
• Experience hiring and leading a team.
• Data-driven mindset with strong program management skills.
