Requirements

• Proficient with BSS applications, API, and web interfaces.
• Experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence is preferable.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
• Familiar with incident and problem management (ITIL).
• Ability to identify small errors in text, code, or digits.
• Experience with customer support or ticketing systems.
• Hands-on mentality and team-oriented.
• Knowledge of programming languages for scripting (Bash, PHP, Python, Perl, SQL).
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
