Working Student / Intern in Technical Planning & Project Coordination for Heat Pumps - Remote

Overview

At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform “Heartbeat” and creating a virtual power plant that connects photovoltaic systems, energy storage, heat pumps, and charging stations to significantly increase the profitability of interconnected customer systems. We also offer customers a "One-Stop-Shop" for the purchase and installation of individual and intelligent energy system solutions, enabling every household to live, heat, and move in a climate-neutral manner quickly and professionally. At the same time, we are working in our technology division on the further development and expansion of the Heartbeat software to connect customers worldwide with the electricity market, thus always being able to offer the cheapest and cleanest electricity tariff.

In Short

• Independent planning of heat pump projects with support from a competent and dedicated team
• Feasibility checks of heat pump projects in single and multi-family homes
• Support with current heating subsidies and coordination with 1KOMMA5° locations and partners across Germany
• Creation of project documentation and continuous progress monitoring
• Preparation of material compilations for the installation of heat pumps

Requirements

• Enrollment with a weekly availability of 15–20 hours
• Study in a relevant field such as engineering, energy technology, or a strong interest in renewable energies
• Experience with heat pumps, in the HVAC sector, or in the evaluation of heating loads
• Proficient use of common Office programs and quick comprehension of new software
• Proactive hands-on mentality, teamwork, and strong communication skills
• Independent and goal-oriented working style
• Fluent German language skills
