Senior Electrician / Electronics Technician for Commercial Photovoltaics & New Energy Systems - Remote

At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform “Heartbeat”, creating a virtual power plant that connects photovoltaics, energy storage, heat pumps, and charging stations to significantly increase the profitability of interconnected customer systems. We also offer customers a "One-Stop-Shop" for purchasing and installing individual and intelligent energy system solutions, enabling every household to live, heat, and move in a climate-neutral manner quickly and professionally.

In Short

• Lead and build your own assembly team of up to 4 people for the installation and technical operation of commercial energy large systems in Germany.
• Proper installation and commissioning of electrical systems in compliance with VDE 4105/4110.
• Support and optimize photovoltaic systems, energy storage, energy management, and e-mobility, including integration into existing power grids.
• Monitor and maintain grid connections as well as control and regulation technology.
• Contribute to projects in network technology, particularly planning and installing network components.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Document work results and create reports.

Requirements

• Completed training as a master electrician or comparable qualification (e.g., state-certified technician).
• In-depth knowledge of VDE 4105 and VDE 4110 and in planning and installing electrical systems.
• Several years of experience in the photovoltaic sector, ideally with the integration and operation of solar systems.
• Affinity for network technology and practical understanding of network structure.
• Experience in software programming and application of automation software is an advantage.
• Experience in building and leading teams is welcome.
• Independent, responsible, and structured working style.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Strong inclination to complete tasks perfectly.
• Driver's license class B with regional travel readiness (+/- 200km).
