Accounts Receivable Accountant & Back Office - Remote

Overview

At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform "Heartbeat" to create a virtual power plant that connects photovoltaic systems, energy storage, heat pumps, and charging stations, significantly increasing the profitability of interconnected customer systems.

In Short

• Responsible for all outgoing invoices and their creation.
• Manage re-billing and recurring invoices.
• Handle dunning and receivables management.
• Prepare payment transactions.
• Record documents in DATEV for both ER and AR.
• Perform simple back-office tasks, such as handling mail.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience in accounts receivable accounting.
• Ideally, knowledge of DATEV.
• Experience in invoice creation.
• Fluent in German (C-Level).
