We are looking for you to join our Tech & Product team preferably in Berlin or in Munich as well as Hamburg. 1KOMMA5° is creating Germany's largest one-stop-shop for the sale, installation, and servicing of solar panels, heat pumps, electricity solutions, and charging infrastructure. In Short

• You act as a multifunctional interface between the individual stakeholders and divisions of 1KOMMA5° Heartbeat GmbH
• You support the CTO & CTO’s Office in the implementation and coordination of operational or strategic projects with cross-location significance
• You prepare and structure fundamental product, IT and technology decisions for the future of 1KOMMA5° Heartbeat GmbH
• You track the progress of our projects, take responsibility for planning and controlling (e.g. progress reporting) with the CTO
• You support the CTO and CTO’s Office in day-to-day operations and strategic issues
• You support the CTO with ad-hoc tasks and follow-ups as we continue to expand and scale the Tech organization of 1KOMMA5° Heartbeat GmbH
• You will work very closely with the CTO to understand the priorities and ways of thought to bring this to meetings as a stand-in

Requirements

• You have completed a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a focus on the tech or engineering domain
• You have at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a comparable role or IT project management
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are used to quick decision-making
• You master analytical and critical thinking and have a solution-oriented mindset
• You take the initiative and always find the best way to structure and present various topics and tasks
• You demonstrate the willingness to independently drive projects and flag critical decision points
• You possess intrinsic motivation to support the CTO in a challenging day-to-day business and handle information discreetly
• You understand how tech and product work together, which is essential for collaborating with our cross-functional teams
• You are a strong communicator and absolutely fluent in German and English (C1 / C2)
• Familiarity with energy industry is a plus
