• Organize and structure customer appointments, offer creation, and consultations independently and flexibly according to customer wishes.
• Contact your leads daily within the shortest time thanks to the pre-qualified leads from the 1KOMMA5° group.
• Ensure transparent communication and tailored solutions from the first contact to the project completion.
• Hand over your customer projects in close collaboration with project coordination and technical management.
• Contribute your ideas to optimize the sales process in your region.

Requirements

• Highly motivated, starting your sales career in our industry or experienced in selling complex products, ideally photovoltaics and/or heat pumps.
• Strong communication skills and an empathetic personality to provide transparent and individual advice.
• Technical understanding to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn, keeping up with the latest knowledge in a dynamic industry.
• Fluency in German at a commercial level, both spoken and written.
