We are looking for a world-class entrepreneur to take on the role of a Technical Founder for an exciting AI company in our incubation pipeline, which has the validated potential to become a multi-million ARR app within months, similar to apps like Lovable or Cursor. This venture can scale very quickly with the right leadership and has already been validated on various dimensions.

In Short

• Clarify user requirements and technical feasibility
• Build and launch an MVP
• Define the company's product roadmap and long-term goals with relevant milestones
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of this product offering
• Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team as the venture grows
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Passion for building consumer products and unlocking potential with AI technology
• Strong knowledge of Consumer UX/UI Design principles, product-led growth, API integrations, and iOS/Android operating systems
• Experience with knowledge graphs, RAG infrastructures, and data models
• Experience building conversational AI apps
• Proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner
• Cross-functional understanding of business to complement technical skills
• Team-oriented and ambitious
• Fluency in English
