Senior Data Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services for our gaming loyalty platform, contributing to high-performance backend development and making a significant impact.

In Short

• Full-time position (40 hrs/week, remote)
• Design and develop scalable and reliable data systems
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate across teams for data requirements
• Maintain documentation for systems and architecture
• Build pipelines to extract, transform, and deliver data
• Define best practices for data quality and performance
• Explore emerging technologies for data platform enhancement
• 6+ years of experience in data engineering required
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Scala, or C++

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering
• Expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling techniques
• Familiar with software engineering practices including Git and Docker
• Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent command of English
