• 5+ years of experience in analytics, ideally within consumer-facing apps (B2C).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Strong cross-collaboration and communication skills.
• Comfort working closely with engineering teams and technical data infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and hands-on experience with test execution.
• A decision-oriented mindset focused on insights and action.
• Familiarity with mobile tracking tools and relevant KPIs.
• Ability to analyse large, complex datasets for business-critical insights.
• Collaborate daily with Data Engineers to optimize infrastructure and data flow.

Requirements

• Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of user attribution models and platform-specific analytics.
