Field Service Specialist - Remote

Overview

The primary responsibility for this position is to manage the Hatchery Inovo Process for Zoetis through execution of Best-in-Class Customer Service Programs, performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on electrical/mechanical equipment in poultry hatcheries.

In Short

• Manage the Hatchery Inovo Process for Zoetis.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on Biodevices.
• Provide electrical/mechanical support and perform emergency repairs.
• Participate in Territory After Hours Support and Repairs.
• Communicate with assigned hatcheries.
• Complete relevant reporting forms and procedures.
• Manage the Zoetis Operator Training Program.
• Facilitate vaccine and sanitation preparation programs.
• Support the execution of the Zoetis Process Evaluation Program.
• Follow all safety procedures.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 1 - 5 years of related experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Proven mechanical aptitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift more than 25 pounds.
• Available for unsocial work hours.
• Travel 60-80% of the time.
