Overview

Oura is seeking two highly skilled Senior/Staff Electronics Engineers to lead investigations and field failure analysis of electronic systems and components, enhancing product reliability and improving customer experience.

In Short

• Lead detailed failure analysis and teardowns of low-power electronics.
• Own the CAPA process for electronics failures.
• Evaluate risks of new components or design changes.
• Prepare and present technical reports on failure investigations.
• Manage component evaluations and selections.
• Optimize production testing for electronics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective solutions.
• Work with suppliers and partners to ensure quality components.

Requirements

• 7+ years in electronics design and verification, with senior project leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Expertise in troubleshooting electrical systems and failure analysis.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment and prototype validation.
• Experience with design tools like Altium.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Proven leadership in engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
