Overview

Oura is seeking a Supply Chain Recruiter to support critical hiring across our Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Planning organizations.

In Short

• Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain roles.
• Recruit across roles such as Supply Chain Management, Global Planning, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand functional requirements.
• Screen and assess candidates for functional expertise and business mindset.
• Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders regarding hiring decisions.
• Use data and storytelling to influence hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with the broader recruiting team to improve hiring processes.
• Support organizational design and targeted talent acquisition.
• Advocate for candidates and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting for supply chain or operations roles in consumer technology.
• Proven ability to close senior-level supply chain talent.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing roles.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Able to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• History of meeting hiring goals and building partnerships with hiring managers.
• Experience coaching hiring managers on workforce planning.
• Passion for recruiting and a candidate-first approach.
