Overview

We are seeking a Life and Health Insurance Advisor to join our seasonal sales program, helping individuals enroll in affordable health insurance through the ACA Marketplace.

In Short

• Handle high-volume inbound sales calls for ACA Marketplace insurance.
• Explain coverage options as a licensed insurance agent.
• Meet individual sales goals while adhering to compliance.
• Research plans and track customer data efficiently.
• Build trust with diverse callers through empathetic communication.
• Stay updated on plans and eligibility guidelines.
• Work in a seasonal capacity with potential for long-term employment.
• Must have a dedicated workspace and meet technical requirements.
• New training classes start every Thursday.
• Cannot reside in Utah or Wisconsin.

Requirements

• Minimum Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Active resident Life & Health insurance license.
• High-speed internet with hard-wired connection.
• PC or laptop running Windows 10.
• Dedicated workspace free of distractions.
