Requirements

• Licensed Life Insurance or Health Agents or willingness to become licensed.
• Coachable, patient, ambitious, and a team player.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have a smartphone and a laptop.
• Ability to review underwriting guidelines and make product selections.
• Willingness to learn the company's selling system.
• Engagement with Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
