Overview

The CBT Solution Agency is looking for life insurance agents who are eager to learn and earn what they are worth. This role offers training in telesales and virtual presentations, along with access to numerous insurance carriers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 20+ hours of work per week.
• Willingness to learn the company's selling system and product placement.
• Engagement in a team-supported environment.
• Ability to review underwriting guidelines and make product selections.

Qualifications

• Licensed Life Insurance or Health Agents or willingness to become licensed.
• Must possess a coachable, patient, and ambitious mindset.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Access to a smartphone and laptop with internet connectivity.
