We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-Commerce Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in marketplace management, SEO, and AI-powered tools. This role requires a blend of operations knowledge and advanced digital marketing strategies, including leveraging AI for competitive SEO performance.

• Manage e-commerce operations across platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
• Implement and refine SEO strategies using traditional and AI-powered methods.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Analyze website data and marketplace trends.
• Maintain and grow marketplace operations.
• Monitor site traffic and keyword performance.
• Develop and track marketing campaigns.
• Manage digital assets and ensure platform listings are appealing.
• Handle customer communications and feedback resolution.
• Work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm PST.

Requirements

• Experience managing e-commerce operations.
• Proven track record in SEO strategy and execution.

• Strong understanding of Google’s SEO content policies.
