E-commerce Account Manager - Remote

• Be the primary point of contact for clients.
• Oversee client accounts and manage communications.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of sales and account management experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 Level).
• Experience in wholesale distribution or retail preferred.
• Proven track record of cold calling.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge about products and markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Amenable to use Teramind.
