Overview

The Solution Architect at Salesforce will lead complex enterprise customer engagements, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive and achieve business goals while delivering comprehensive solutions using Salesforce products.

Requirements

• Experience in system architecture and business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in business process analysis and design.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior consultants.
• Resourceful problem solver with entrepreneurial thinking.
• Experience in CRM/ERP systems.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
