Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience as a pre-sales engineer/architect/system engineer in CRM or contact center technologies.
• Deep understanding of call center/contact center functionalities.
• Experience in demo development/customization in relevant solution areas.
• Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technologies.
• Experience in application software configuration (CRM solutions).
• Presentation/demo experience in sales contexts.
• Ability to analyze customer business needs and challenges.
• Curiosity and energy to understand true customer challenges.
• Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems.
