Overview

The Account Executive will drive strategic sales initiatives within the manufacturing sector, leveraging Salesforce solutions to connect with enterprise clients in India.

In Short

  • Responsible for exceeding sales targets in the manufacturing sector.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy for territory identification.

  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and other resources as needed.
  • Daily updates to Salesforce system for accurate data management.

  • Focus on both new business sales and expanding existing accounts.
  • Work in a fast-paced, performance-based team environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise solution sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling to large manufacturing companies.
  • Strong consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to engage with C-Level executives.
  • Technical competence in CRM and ERP solutions.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate ROI value statements.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
