The Senior Principal Success Manager will serve as a primary contact point for Salesforce’s largest and highest-profile customers, focusing on customer success and driving value from their Salesforce investment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success or SaaS.
  • Exceptional English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of software development processes.
  • +2 years in the Salesforce ecosystem preferred.
  • Salesforce product certifications are a plus.
  • Degree or equivalent experience required.
