Overview

Salesforce is looking for a talented and dynamic Senior Manager/Manager to join the Global Incentive Compensation (GIC) Strategy and Transformation team, responsible for leading the organization’s future strategy and process excellence.

In Short

• Lead project teams focusing on compensation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and integration.
• Make data-driven project recommendations.
• Write and maintain operational playbooks.
• Develop a technical understanding of GIC systems.
• 5+ years of operational responsibilities, ideally in SAAS Sales Compensation.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operational experience in SAAS Sales Compensation.
• 4+ years in Technical Project Management or Business Analysis.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
• Strong project management and completion skills.
• Intellectual curiosity about organizational issues.
• Proficient in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Presentation skills in PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Experience evaluated based on values and behaviors.
