Overview

The Growth Operations Specialist plays a critical role in driving pipeline creation and go-to-market efficiency across our Growth team. Reporting into RevOps, this role is responsible for helping to build and maintain the marketing operations infrastructure that powers demand generation, lead lifecycle management, and channel partner/referral enablement. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Industry Relations, and Sales to execute campaign workflows, optimize top-of-funnel lead flows, and ensure clean, actionable data flows through HubSpot.

In Short

  • Own the marketing automation and campaign infrastructure in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support campaign execution.
  • Enable Partnerships channel through co-marketing and referral workflows.
  • Support campaign reporting, attribution, and funnel analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for funnel improvement.
  • Enforce data hygiene best practices.
  • Assist in developing process documentation and training.
  • Serve as a tactical thought partner to Marketing.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Experience with tools like Asana, Domo, Databox, and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting demand generation operations.
  • Understanding of campaign attribution and funnel reporting.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for clean data and scalable systems.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment.
