Overview

We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented ABM & Marketing Ops Specialist (gn) to join our growing Marketing team. In this hybrid role, you will sit at the intersection of marketing technology and execution, owning our CRM data flows, reporting infrastructure, and playing a key role in designing and delivering account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns across email and paid channels.

In Short

• Manage and optimize the CRM data pipeline.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key marketing KPIs.
• Collaborate with product marketing and sales for data alignment.
• Design and execute ABM programs targeting high-value accounts.
• Build segmented campaign workflows and audience lists.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign metrics.
• Familiarity with running paid digital campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B marketing, focusing on marketing ops and ABM.
• Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and others.
• Clear communicator and collaborator across teams.
• Willingness to learn about target industries.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email customization.
