Senior Manager, Pricing & Yield - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Pricing & Yield will play a crucial role in optimizing our freight operations by strategically procuring services and establishing competitive pricing structures.

In Short

• Champion data analytics and automation for Pricing (Contract & Spot).
• Manage workflow to ensure client relationships are maintained.
• Work with senior leaders on project requirements.
• Automate and streamline Pricing and Yields Management processes.
• Set department goals and monitor performance.
• Participate in executing strategies aligned with growth initiatives.
• Review new opportunity models with department heads.
• Maintain communication for proactive resolution of pricing issues.
• Lead data studies for savings opportunities for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years industry experience in carrier pricing & negotiation.
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence Data.
• Expertise in automation and data analytics tools.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership ability.
• Proven track record in developing pricing strategies.
• Broad product knowledge of TMS applications & Analytics.
• Strong project management skills.
• Effective communication with an executive presence.
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office suite.
