The Marketing Analyst will act as the main analytics expert regarding marketing topics, shaping reporting and analysis capabilities while delivering insights through advanced statistical methods.

• Act as the main analytics expert regarding marketing topics
• Shape up reporting, regular/ad hoc analysis, and dashboarding capabilities
• Support central and local managers’ projects and reporting to Management
• Apply advanced statistics methods to deliver relevant insights
• Plan new tracking initiatives and maintain existing tracking concepts
• Provide recommendations on efficiency potentials and customer insights
• Host training sessions for colleagues on analytics topics

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, SEO Analyst, or similar
• Bachelor/Master's degree in a relevant field
• Profound online marketing knowledge, ideally SEO related
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
• Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape
• Structured thinking and presentation skills
• High affinity for numbers and metrics
• Advanced Excel capability
• Experience with tools like Tableau, PowerBI
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
