In Short

• Lead the Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) New Graduate Program/Urgent Care Fellowship.
• Ensure high standards of clinical training and professional development.
• Oversee curriculum design and clinical instruction.
• Mentor Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs).
• Coordinate training and foster a culture of excellence.
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain program reports and accreditation documentation.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in clinical settings.
• Collaborate with physician leaders on clinical guidelines.
• Represent the fellowship program at conferences and events.

Requirements

• MD/DO with active Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in urgent care or related fields.
• Experience in academic or clinical teaching preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in curriculum development and clinical teaching methodologies.
• Ability to mentor and coach new graduates effectively.
• Experience creating clinical and educational content.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

• Salary Range: $240,000 to $270,000 with $20k bonus eligibility.
