• Proven experience in a fast-paced call center or customer service environment.

• Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver timely resolutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
• Effective communication with customers and personnel from other parts of the business.
• Analytical and technical skills with clear understanding of processes and products.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customers’ issues.
