In Short

• Support our sales team by managing incoming leads
• Conduct research on companies and potential clients
• Perform initial lead qualification based on defined criteria
• Maintain accurate and organized information in CRM (Pipedrive)
• Structure and prepare lead data for the sales team
• Ensure CRM data is complete, accurate, and well-organized
• Follow established processes and instructions for lead management

Requirements

• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow processes and instructions carefully
• Values structure and organization in CRM and data
• Quickly research and gather information about companies
• Work in a systematic and organized way
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM systems
• Can communicate in English (written communication)
