Workplace Technology Lead - Remote

Overview

As Workplace Technology Lead at ZOE, you will play a key role in designing and automating the digital workplace, ensuring a seamless experience for our remote-first workforce.

In Short

• Own the Workplace Technology roadmap for a remote-first culture.
• Implement zero-touch provisioning with Apple DEP/ABM.
• Govern a SaaS portfolio of approximately 100 apps.
• Automate employee lifecycle and SaaS orchestration using Okta.
• Build and run employee-experience telemetry (DEX/NPS).
• Act as escalation and backup for support queries.
• Partner with Finance on invoice reconciliation and vendor negotiations.
• Drive self-service culture within ZOE.
• Collaborate with Workplace Security on policies and controls.
• Own vendor relationships and budgets for workplace technology.

Requirements

• Experience in running digital workplace/SaaS portfolios.
• Ownership mentality in lean environments.
• Deep IdP administration experience.
• Proven SaaSOps experience.
• Stakeholder fluency with diverse teams.
• Calm under pressure in remote support environments.
• Familiarity with leasing logistics and inventory reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of GDPR principles.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Nice-to-have: exposure to AI service desks.
