Field Technician - Remote

Overview

The Field Technician is responsible for providing onsite product support to specific customer accounts, including logistics, deployments, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and software upgrades, contributing to improved patient outcomes in the medical technology sector.

In Short

• Provide onsite product support to customer accounts.
• Assist customers with equipment application and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Technical Degree (2-year minimum) or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience interfacing with external customers preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and credit card for travel expenses required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office.
